I’m trying out a new direction and exploring fine art photography, using my daughter as a model.
The image was shot with a Sony A7RII and a Sony FE 24 – 70 F2.8 GM lens.
Constant lighting was used; a Pixapro LED200D MKII with a gridded softbox. It was positioned for Rembrandt-style lighting.
Basic adjustments were made in Lightroom.
In Photoshop skin was improved using frequency separation and dodging/burning.
The image was graded using the channel mixer, selective colour, and a LUT. It was finalised by adding a film emulation preset in Exposure X2.
