I am constantly looking for models (both male and female). There are two types of assignments:
- Modelling work for tourist websites (paid)
- Personal portfolio development (TFP)
Requirements and expectations differ slightly. Models are welcome to apply for both types of assignment.

1) Modelling Work for Tourist Websites in North West England and Overseas
I am the official photographer for several popular tourist websites; Visit North West (North West England), Dubai Online (Dubai), Bermuda 4u (Bermuda), and Visit Kiev Ukraine (Kiev, Ukraine).
Models (male and female) are required for assignments on these sites. We visit tourist attractions and entertainment venues, review them, and take photographs for inclusion on the websites.
The main focus of the work is to review the location visited and take photographs of the location. Models will usually appear in only a small proportion of the photos.
Models should be healthy looking, wear regular clothing, and have no visible tattoos or body piercings.
The work is generally paid (albeit not a huge amount). Food and transport are provided.
All assignments differ but much of the time is spent enjoying the location. For example if we are reviewing a tenpin bowling centre, we’d usually spend most of the time playing bowls and only a small proportion of the time taking photos. The aim is to come away with just a couple of photos for publication on the website.
Models are required to sign a model release form before the assignment.
Models can usually bring a friend/companion on these assignments but the friend will not be paid.

Visit North West
Models are needed for photoshoots at various tourist attractions, entertainment venues etc. throughout North West England.
Models must be aged 18 (preferred age 23+) and live in North West England (Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire, or Cumbria).
Preference will be given to models living within a 15 mile radius of Bolton.
Each year there are more than 100 photoshoots for Visit North West. Assignments are published daily and models in our database are notified by Facebook messages. Models in our database can take as many or as few assignments as they wish.

Visit Kiev Ukraine
Models are needed for photoshoots at various tourist attractions, entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs etc. in Kiev, Ukraine.
Models must be aged 18 to 35 and be resident in Kiev, Ukraine.
Each month there are around 5 photoshoots in Kiev.

2) Personal Portfolio Development – Free TFP Photo Sessions
I am constantly looking to improve my photography skills and expand my photography portfolio. When time allows I am willing to carry out TFP (time for print) photography sessions with models.
Under these TFP agreements all details of the assignment (location, styling, clothing etc.) are agreed between myself and the model before the shoot.
In exchange for their time, models will receive edited photos while I receive the right to publish them on this website (boltonphotographer.co.uk).
There’s no payment for this type of assignment, but I’m willing to provide free transport to and from your home address/location of your choice.
It’s a great option for prospective models wishing to expand their portfolios or those wanting professional photos for their social network profiles.
Models (male or female) need to be at least 18 and should live in Greater Manchester or Lancashire.
